The only time I experience buffering is when I'm using third-party apps in which most buffering occurs. when I use Netflix Hulu or even RUclips It Never buffers. I've always had issues with the fire stick since I got the Nvidia Shield I threw the fire stick out the window.
It's obvious with 3rd party they not running a data warehouse. You pay what you get

I use chromecast and I only have buffering on one app, Philo. I assume it’s an app problem. I’ve done a lot of what you said and the buffering hasn’t changed.
Could be the app or your isp throttling when using the app

Got an android TV and I dont have buffering issues when watching Netflix, Amazon. HBO all those valid apps. But when using 3rd party app like stremio which got really big file size ( 4k/atmos contents) damn its frustrating. Im connected via ethernet with 200mpbs net speed. Did a speed test on the TV and it never reached 100..but close, got 97. Did the test for both wired and wifi connection and got the same speed of about 97.

My SuperBox2 freezs. Live news station then it just freezes the screen and 2-3minutes comes back on and now what happened in those three minutes. Game on 2 outs, 2 strikes 2 men on...Game over. What happened? I've unplugged for 12 hours and still doesn't work.
