But Sang jiu died a demon with hatred and resentment consuming her and thus in her next life as Ye Xiawu her evil attitude and cruelty towards her husband Tantai Jin (reincarnated Ming ye -who was implanted with the Devil bone) causes him to die early Iife, only ever having experienced hatred abuse blame cruelty and all the sins of Human nature. So when he dies he becomes the Devil God because he has no will or reason to fight against the will of the Devil bone. This arc is my favorite. This was the beginning of it all. Explains why they are living in a godless world. Explains how it all began between them. And their story is so heartbreaking- slow burn romance hurts the most. I love this arc the most. So many regrets - so many unsaid feelings and words …
Sangjiu and ming ye and ye xiwu and tantai Jin are not the same person btw..tantai Jin and ye xiwu just were having a lucid dream inside the real ming ye's memory
@@JaeJae46 no i dont think so, this is the past life of the dragon mingye. tantai jin has always been the devil god. when the devil god dies in the dream and his mask disappears, you see he has the face of tantai jin. the only reason mingye and sangjiu look like tantai jin and ye xiwu is because they ‘became’ them when they entered the dream. ye xiwu was not sangjiu in a past life either, actually in the scene where xiwu absorbs the world alluring jade that sangjiu made, the woman she was talking to in the black clothing was sangjiu herself

The Tragic Love Story 😭😭😭 So beautiful and infuriating at the same time. Communication and trust would have saved them but they didn't share their thoughts with each other and listen to everyone around them instead of themselves, and that doomed them. Now the moral of their tragic story is a guide to Li Susu on how to save Tantai Ji.
This arc gave me swollen eyes when it ended.. it was so tragic. I'm glad they made a scene to signify the closure of this couple for us viewers through Ye Xi Wu in Sang Jiu form and Tan Tai Jin's scene together. They never even had a closure in the novel, so I'm so in love with how they made this adaptation more bearable for us novel readers. ❤🩹 I'll be waiting for more of your edits Felicity Queen, thank you so much for this TTEOTM edit! I hope you could also make and edit out of YXW and TTJ's story. ❤ When I listen to Nathan Wagner's song "Innocence" and "Lonely", TTJ's story always comes to mind, I can't help but seek edits about his story these days. 🥲

However in the drama, they made a scene where Ming Ye was comforted by seeing and talking Sang Jiu's (ghost) before he disappears at peace & without any regrets. 🥲

My heart aches so much for the poor clam princess who did nothing wrong but fall in love with the person who she was never supposed to be with. She protected that love with all of her heart and body, but they just have to touch her bottomline again and again. 😭😭😭

I've just finished the dream arc so I've rushed to watch your video, and I suffered again 😭 Your video is so beautiful, dreamy and painful, I love it 😭😭 I will miss this version of them so much, like a mini series inside the drama. I've really got hooked by them.
I loved the dream arc, I think this was around the time love truly embraced his heart. He had never felt the love of another, but in the arc he felt all those emotions at once. The betrayal, the hatred, these he’s felt before. But the love he felt from her was new, and then the loss of her was what started the cracks on his frozen heart. And even after the arc he still felt that love. His love never wavered even when she ultimately betrayed him. It lived on.
This is the edit I always come back for! Also the original audio of the scene 0:36 was blending with Running Up The Hill so smoothly that i thought it was part of the song!(I heard this song first time through this edit)

I both loved and hated this arc. Loved it for the aesthetics, the chemistry, and Sang Jiu being a complete badass when she goes full demon mode. Hated it for the constant misunderstanding/miscommunication trope and YBC's goddess character. Also the 'wedding night' scene made me a little uncomfy because of how it came about. I was relieved when it was over, but Ming Ye and Sang Jiu's tragic love story still haunts me--they truly deserved so much better.

😢 😭 It is tragic that Ming ye had to suffer like he was some villain when he was just as much a victim of that evil Goddess (Bing Chang. I can’t remember her name) as Sanjiu was. He wasn’t ready for marriage and he didn’t love Sang jiu at first . That isn’t a crime. He was naïve just like Sang Jiu was naïve.

O Tantai Jin e a Ye Xiwu simplesmente "interpretaram" o casal ao entrarem no sonho do dragão. Era como se eles tivessem vendo o sonho em primeira pessoa, eles sentiram tudo e vivênciaram tudo mas não era eles.
