ZK - The wife and I are on Keto - you can eat as much meat and veg as you like - just VERY LOW Carbs (less than 30 grams a day) and ZERO Sugar. I'm never hungry, as I can eat when I feel the need - and I've lost 16 lbs so far (over 2 months). As an added bonus - inflammation has been radically reduced too! Can't wait for you to come back to Michigan! : )

They taste best if u add a decent serving of date puree/raw honey combo before molding them.. it's still sugar but not refined sugar so ur body knows what to do with it later, cause yeah.. they'll taste like pant cuff crumbs without SOME kinda sweet in there 😁

It might be a cool idea to get a split screen for your pod producer or somehow include him on screen if you're going to have convo with him - it's kind of strange to have the camera on you and an empty seat while you carry on conversation with someone off camera. I take the Amtrak all the time from Los Angeles to Fresno, and one of the stops is Corcoran, where the max security prison is - once home to Charles Manson! There are cons getting on every time, and they are usually friendly and are super stoked to get a beer and a hot dog from the cafe car. I've heard some BADASS stories from them over the years. 😆But yeah, there's still no guarantee they won't be eyeing that Ipad.

Add applesauce to quick oats, let set a few minutes then put on cookie sheet and bake until firm (approx 325 f) Add strawberries or apples or grapes, and/or walnuts and pecans to salad INSTEAD of dressing. It's delicious and healthy. Frozen grapes or berries instead of cold novelties.
I've never been on a portion controlled diet, but I just realized that one of my sisters always says, "that was the perfect amount of food," every time we go out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! 🤣 I never thought anything of it until today.

Here’s a 4th in the race to the bottom (imo): The only thing inflated is the greed of corporations and billionaires. The lack of a solid ‘middle class’ will be our undoing here in the US; the people will take anarchy to their gated communities and shred the status quo. Greed kills. When the very things we need to survive are monetized, the end is near. Hopefully we recognize our collective power, and work together to better everyone’s lives-we are only as strong as our weakest link… During the pandemic everyone got off the hamster wheel and noticed what’s really happening. When corporations are making record profits while everyone else struggles, inevitably we call bs. (Reassessing what gives us joy isn’t a bad thing.) If the US fails for real, love us or hate us, the rest of the civilized world will be scrambling to fill the void. 🤞🏼
