I’m currently building a Interceptor I have Purple rails & Orange Hardline bed I just moved over my Element stuff over & painted my Comp Wagon cap Metallic Purple top half Metallic Orange bottom. I’m watching this video over & over to help guide me great tip on moving the original servo mount to the back. Just wanted to say thanks your video is extremely helpful.
It seems to me like the hardline bed should be redesigned to fit well with the chassis rails now that they have integrated shock towers. Just feels a bit inconvenient for the customer to be selling a bed that wasn't designed to fit well with the current chassis.
Awesome!!! I'm getting the element ecto the black one. What do the shock towers do? Sorry I'm new to this.lol and what about LED headlights and rear lights?
Ecto on the interceptor chassis. Trashed the trailing arm set up and got d links for the rear but I keep having binding issues with the current driveshaft
Super useful video for my Element build, you did a great job showing/explaining the important details - made for an easy build! BTW the spacers are 2mm. Looking forward to driving my rig
Do you guys just use the front body mounts when doing a cab only body? I swear I hear Velcro when he takes the body off but for the life of me I can’t tell where it is. Thanks for any help.
We use 3mm screws. The bigger holes help with small adjustments for the body post mounts in some situation when they get close to the servo. The bigger holes do not affect the performance or reliability of the truck. Also it gives people clearance who want to powder coat their front towers.
I thought this bed worked on the scx10ii with interceptor chassie. I guess not without some kind of cross brace. I bought everything to build one of these but I can't bolt the bed down to anything. I even bought a second rock pirate double servo mount mount because I was told it would work for the hard line bed as a cross brace...but nope
@@rockpiratesrc3828 I would really love to see some pictures on how the hardline bed mounts to the interceptor chassie. Unless I was shipped the wrong servo trays which also act as a mount for the bed. Don't get me wrong I love rock pirates stuff stuff and I will continue to do so. was just very confused on how that bed was supposed to mount up to my scx10ii based platform with the interceptor chassie rails.
What steering knuckles are those seen the chrome in the wheels looked like weights in back too? Anything else you add or changed out on this builders kit? Making up my cart now on your sight and amain for this build.
But yet you’re still watching the video for this kids knowledge. At his young age you’re buying his products. I’m sure you’re a barrel of laughs at the junior college reunions.

Is it a dumb question or could a fella possibly put a redcat ascent on a rock pirate chassis of any kind? Or would it be too much trouble?
Very nice looking rig I enjoy your video
Will the element IFS mount into your interceptor chassis?
Do the body posts match the Element Enduro ones so that a same body can be used?
Sick ! Power Wagon Perfection !
Really like all my rock pirates products on my scx 10 ii. Just wondering what wheels are you running on that interceptor? Thanks
Those are SSD wheels 👍🏼
@@rockpiratesrc3828 thanks so much!
What foams you running in those tires? Like how they are filled out and kinda wide looking
hello, Very cool chassis😉👍💪

We use our body post mounts on the front , and then we put Velcro on the bed and the back of the cab 👍🏼
@@rockpiratesrc3828 Right on. Ended up doing cut body posts from the front of the bed into the back of the cab 👍
Are y’all using the stock screws for the original chasis?
Hi!!!! i didn't know Rock pirate chassis could be on a Ecto, nice new, i'll buy one as soon as possible, do you ship in France?
Do you guys have a UK stockist at all please?? failing that what is shipping to the UK like cost wise??
are you supposed to use 4mm screws for the shock towers? several reviews stated they are not standard 3mm holes.... is there a method to this madness?
We use 3mm screws. The bigger holes help with small adjustments for the body post mounts in some situation when they get close to the servo. The bigger holes do not affect the performance or reliability of the truck. Also it gives people clearance who want to powder coat their front towers.
Hi questions what tires are you using and what size?
What do you recommend for the overdrive transmission

Works on all of our trucks without cutting anything 🤷🏻♂️

Can we get measurement on what we need to cut on body. I want to do same style
Nice set up

Did you order yet?
What did you decide on?
Having an issue with the behind the axle tie rod hitting the spring cups. So I can't get full steering
Use 10.2 knuckles and put steering up front.
What shock oil weight and springs are you guys using for the enduro setup? Thanks
Stock springs. About 30w front and about 50-60w rear
The parts looks verry Nice its only Sad that they not send to the Netherlands
Is the interceptor chassis better than using element kit with RPRC shock towers?
Nice chassis! Will have to try one!
Awesome truck! 😎👍
I’m new to crawling and trying to get money, does anyone know what chassis or what car I should try to get?
Does this fit in the regs for C1?
what wheels are those?
Will this work with the gatekeeper RTR?
Gate keeper would be need to have the trailing arm rear end converted to a 4 link
Would it be a problem to run a foxbelly with this chassis
Hi Paul we’re not super familiar with the fox belly
No, have one on mine. Run it
AWESOME 💪💪💪👍
Please make a hardline bed for a trx4!
I’ll move the damn battery
What wheels?
Where can i purchase the Rockpirate rc ?
I'm going to build one but .....somebody please put out some new style bodies !
I'd rather have a Grimlin or Pinto than another power wagon .
It’s hard to beat the performance of a power wagon body
With you 100%.
Can get a cab only Creep, but more options would be killer!
First thought: Worlds largest off road wrecker.
umm we started a drinking game...umm we got drunk within umm the first 2 min

🤘🍻🤘
🥰🤩💥💯👍👏
will this chassi fit the element Ecto?
It will but you would have to covert the rear suspension to a 4 link instead of trailing arms
