@@Syd7088 apart from being a bit heavy , its good, maintains it shape and colour but attracts dust . Get a cleaning agent specific for it.

Question - If the Lifeform and Alo mats were both plain black, with no patterns, prints or alignments on them, and you could only pick one, which one would you choose?

Have you found any good methods of cleaning the mat? I have the white one too. It’s beautiful but after a few months it could definitely use a refresh

I’ve been debating whether or not to get this mat because it’s so expensive. Would you have a Manduka ProLite or know how it’s different?

Hi love! I talk about my opinions on the Manduka pro life mat in this video ruclips.net/video/trwVcBvT7mI/видео.html 🤗❤️

Lifeforme doesn't last long because it uses natural rubber.. and for the price I don't think it's worth it if you're going to end up replacing it in a few years.
I do have the manduka prolite and it was so slippery at first.. but I eventually broke it in by scrubbing it hard with detergent/ dish soap degreaser diluted in water.. and then I rinsed it with a damped cloth. I did it on both sides and the slippery manufacturing film is gone! But using it daily made it even better for me. I recently bought a manduka pro travel... and I forgot how slippery it was in the beginning. It really does get better with time and with every use. I love my manduka mat. You will still slip when you sweat a lot, but that's not an issue for me since I don't sweat a lot. You can always use a towel.
Anyway. I can really see my manduka prolite lasting long for me and it can really take a beating. Lifeforme, when you fold it and not roll it, it will have a permanent crease. But not on my manduka pro's!
Also another difference is lifeforme is an OPEN cell mat, meaning it absorbs moisture, sweat and a good breathing ground for bacteria and germs. Manduka PRO is a closed cell mat. It doesn't absorb anything that's why it can be a bit slippery when you sweat.. but it is easier to clean and it is very hygienic ESPECIALLY during this time of covid. You have to make sure your things are super clean.

I have both Liforme and Manduka ProLite Mat..
I personally prefer Manduka ProLite for my daily practice, it’s easy maintenance and after clean it’s still looks like new. It cushion better but it’s indeed slippery compared to Liforme mat.
Liforme definitely will be better use during hot yoga or when I’m very sweaty. I will feel more secure using Liforme as I won’t be worry to slip my hands and feet.
So it’s really depends on the individual, if your hands are sweaty type, go for Liforme. Sensitive joints and knees, Manduka maybe better as I feel it cushion well.

I saw the new camo Alo drop and your video came just in time. I am currently using Liforme and do I need another mat ? NOOO! So far alo activewear has not been my fav so really hesitant with the mat as liforme hasn’t disappointed me. So I think I will wait till next BF / Cyber Monday and see how I feel then.
