Camden business owners form land trust to help employees find low rent housing

Business leaders in Camden say they're worried that rising housing costs are pushing their employees further out of the capital.
As a solution - they've come together to form a Community Land Trust - a way for land to be bought and kept in local ownership.
The hope is to provide workers on the Camley Street estate somewhere affordable to live that's close to their job.
