Hey how do i sue a company for misuse of information or emotional distress?
I need your insight. I have a court case in a week for a speeding ticket, sheriff was driving on the opposite side of the road and as i was about to turn left he pulled me over and told me I was going 40 on a 20(sch zone) speed limit was 35 into 20 and I wasn't going any higher, also I had to make a left turn which makes me really slow down and almost stop even, so I don't know how he came to his conclusion.

Even if it was for something small, I’m kind of surprised.
1 year in prison for a petty fight, America’s legal system is wild. The extreme opposite of Europe, where we sympathise with people drunk driving and killing people in the process. Usually nets you 1-3 years here in Western Europe. With even less possible by having an exemplary attitude while in prison.
