This sounds like they took all the best riffs and hooks from their artists' scrap book that they haven't been able to work into any songs but were too good to not publish somehow and just played them back to back and it's absolutely glorious. More bands should do this.

I never fail to get goosebumps throughout this song and I've listened to it prob 50+ times (Not enough!) in the last 10 years. You sum it up perfectly, it is an adventure and it never loses its magic. They have another instrumental song called Kurzes Epos which is epic in it's own right

Even twice?! 😳 I love you... all of you! ❤ The pipes you hear were played by Peruans that the band met in the pedestrian zone, playing for the people and hoping to get a few coins. The band asked them if they wanted to help them record a few songs for their album. This band has always been creative, at least on their first four albums. Because the OGs left the Band unfortunately and with all the Bands the OGs carried all the love and Energy into the Songs while the "Newcomers" more just carry the Band Name instead of the Heart of it. Sounds Cheesy right but thats how it is and feels tbh. Sagas was a Masterpiece and Turis Fratyr had so much Energy and Love to it. I think Helge Stang was one of a kind in this Genre and Band you can tell his Energy even in their Live performances this dude sounds 1:1 like the record. And both the Siblings who left 2014 from the Völkl Family were some nice Players and brought those Songs those nice Riffs and Melodies these 3 especially were the Energy and Love of the Band you could Listen to in Turis Fratyr and Sagas.. :) If you still wanna here Stang hes playing in Arafel now (not sure though if they still do something).

First two albums (Turis Fratyr and Sagas) were amazing sadly after that the band lost their flair to me :/
Both will be in my Top 10 Metal Albums forever. Totally agree with you, after Helge left Equilibrium just wasn't the same anymore.
