I just got one used and paid more than you did. I'm very satisfied. I am a beginner on nylon. I did start on a toy department store nylon guitar in the 1980s, but switched over to steel and never looked back. Now I need the tonal color in my recordings. I'm an experimental sound artist, and this guitar provides a stunningly wide array of sound. For the price, it's amazing. I just bought a handmade Yamaha last year (FG-5x) and the Cordoba is a prettier guitar. Although the Yamaha steel string acoustic has austere and reserved good looks too. Now I need to learn to play this thing. I can play on it, of course, but I'm amazed at how different an instrument it is to a steel string guitar. A totally different beast. I'm considering studying classical guitar after playing for 35 years. Thanks for the video
Why did u pay for repairs u suppose to have warranty...i bought the same guitar n took it back the next day. Sounded amazing but the metal in between the frets were so Sharp...I was offer a file to file it off...why should u fix a new guitar🙄my input to u. I play over 30 years. Ttul
Is the saddle darker than the nut on your guitar also is 2 of the six strings rubbing the wood on the head of the guitar? I'm asking because I have one that is both things I described.
I own a C5 and C7 for over a year now and I haven't had any issues. I've played them almost every day. I think one bad review has spread like wildfire because I see this complaint pop up on all their videos. Take a chance and buy one. I think you'll enjoy it.
@@joshfeatherstone8546 ...yeah probably a yamaha owner trying to sell his crappy guitar just like brandon complaning the bridge snapps off when he has never owned one. What a doosh bag Brandon
@@florentintise I'm very happy with it. I'll fine guitar like this, able to explore more. Willie Nelson "I guess Ive come to live here" will be my first cover. Thanks again for your demonstration.. Cordova should give you a commission 😁
Would this guitar be a good upgrade from yamaha C40?
Absolutely yes. You can check out the two links in the video description.
@@florentintisewould the c7 be a viable option? And how would it compare to the C5?
Always great to have a very skilled player demo.
Awesome review Florentin! You play beautifully! Big thumb's up! Have a blessed day

Holy crap you are amazing! The bridge popped off of my C5. Spent $100 at the Luthier shop on repairs. I should have gotten the C7 instead. Lol.

That sounds amazing. Could I please ask what is the name of the song you that you are playing?
Not really a song. Just a spontaneous improvisation.
perfect review.....guitar looks fantastic
Supperrrrrrr 👌
Wonderful video
Very nice playing
I was really considering to buy c5 but lots of people complaining about bridge snapping problem. So i decide to buy another brand
I’ve owned several Cordoba models and never had any bridge issues. I currently own a C7 and also a C7 Paco, and they are holding up very well.
Awesome sound bud 👍🏻👍🏻
Wonderful Review 👌It Has Pleasing Sound 🎵🎧💞 Tfs
Happy Weekend 😊

Awsome friend. Have a great weekend
what song was he playing in the beginning?
It’s not a song. I was just improvising a bit.
It sounds good and looks nice.
🙂👍🏻
can u play the c3m, the matte version of c5 and hear the difference between the two?
Very nice 👍
I've read reviews on other online stores about the bridge snapping off and people having to glue it back on with crazy glue.

I have had my C5 for two years and I am really happy with it
I can break the bridge off any guitar by over tightening the strings. I have yet to take delivery of a guitar that had a flaw of any kind.
Do you think swapping the bone nut and saddle to Buffalo bone is better?
Normal tunning?
Yes
@@florentintise just bought one new C5. Very nice guitar..
@@liketodriverealyfast I am sure you’ll like it. Happy for you!
