Hello Marlene, hope all is well with you. Yes! this has helped, I didn't really know what to do with stray unruly fibers. All I did was to spray some wig wax, which was temporary. So glad you gave us some good advice. As always you look so pretty in that cut and color. A big thank you.

I love learning how to heat style HF fibers - it’s something I usually only resort to at the end of a wig’s life to get a bit more wear out of them. Uplifting looked threat IMo before but also after your ‘fix’ too . Thank you

Sometimes I think Hair-U-Wear does their customers a disservice by highly styling their wigs and posting what amounts to high expectations from those of us who choose to dole out their hard earned money. It’s because of reviewers like you, who are not afraid to reveal the good, the bad and the ugly, and how to fix any problems, short of a manufacturers defect, that we as consumers can make the best informed decisions.

Some manufacturers, such as HairUWear and Ellen Wille, style wigs for the stock photos which is not helpful to wearers especially newbies. Many expect the wigs received will be just like the stock photo, and unfortunately that is not the case. I've seen photos of others wearing So Uplifting and they look nothing like mine; I'm glad it was me receiving this wonky hair wig and not a new wig wearer or any wearer for that matter. xoxo Marlene
I like both styles. Beaming Beauty is my favorite. I love the two shades! It’s more helpful seeing a wig with issues & being shown how to make it wearable🤗❤

I like the Beaming Beauty myself, but the short one is ok. What can we do to make our wigs cooler when outdoors and it’s hot? I soak my wigs with sweat pretty fast… 😢

I live in Florida, but I'm not sensitive to heat and rarely if ever sweat; however, I have seen some members in the Shirley's private FB mention how wearing a wig in the hot weather is uncomfortable for them. Many of the wearers have said they purchase cooling pads on Amazon that are kept in the fridge and worn under the wig. I've never purchased/tried any of these myself but my understanding is they are made for this purpose and are quite helpful to stay cool in the hot weather. xoxo Marlene
