In the final episode of our second helicopter travel series Heading: EAST - Islands, we make the flight over open ocean to Monhegan Island. We photograph a shipwreck on the beach before starting our trip back home and encountering some challenges with weather and our radio. Later we make it to the final destination of the trip, a place we've been looking forward to landing for quite some time.

I lost count of how many times I paused the video or backed up to enjoy a perfect sound element (crickets chirping... come on! As a fixed-wing pilot, I envy your ability to land in some remote locations. This has been a great experience for me,, seeing flight ops from your rotary wing perspective. Great content!

Again, love these series, and you should for sure continue to do more and more of them. The story telling is great, the quality of the production is awesome, you need to do more of these. Love them, don't stop. Would love to see you go full circle at some point and fly back out west to Vancouver where this all began. One last thing, get that boy a haircut.

This was such a unique and memorable series, thank you for all the work you did to bring us along. All the details you included were so special. I grew up in upstate New York (near Syracuse), often visiting York, ME and other places you went, and it was so wild seeing the area from your perspective!

The quality and content of your work pretty much blows away anything on cable....except maybe NASA channel. Super Awesome. We will all be here when NatGEo comes calling!!

That was fantastic! Monhegan Island is on my bucket list! I'm from here (New Hampshire and Maine) and I'm an artist (water-color painter) and I've never been to the artist community on Monhegan!! So nice! And Saratoga Springs! You could have caught a folk music show at the iconic Caffè Lena! 😊 And that tiny island in New York looked so sweet! This whole series has been a wonderful adventure! Thank you so much for taking us along with you!! I can't wait for the next one!!

The book Jacob Have I Loved made me fall in love with the idea of living on an island. I’ve lived in remote places but being so surrounded by water is still a lovely idea to me.

Dude- my parents were married there- they honey mooned in that inn! it’s a magic place.. and the fairies houses along cliff walk are so cute! It’s a serious art community. For ages there was a hermit that lived right there too! P.S. our McDonald’s serve lobster rolls and OG Mainers like them with hot buttah!

One thing I could recommend is about 8:10 in the video, the sound effect, next time you may try SP 16 Glass Shard, from the Anticipation SFX Pack, from Lens Distortions, I hear you're using them so decided to put that one on here, I use it every time I have a lens flare and because it's so subtle, it always sounds different!

Another brilliant episode, Becki and Chris! As a kid, I remember marveling at the Thousand Islands from the bridge as we were driving into Canada and again when coming home to Buffalo. They always looked like so much fun to just spend time on one - and here you’ve done it! I agree that was a perfect ending. The cinematic quality, choice of music, and even the chemistry between you two and the people you meet was *chefs kiss*. After you have given yourselves plenty of time to rest and recover, I’d love to watch another series from you. Cheers!
