Hi, been a software engineer for many, many years, and black coffee is my go to. Once I spilled a coffee with cream and sugar and it seeped into the bottom of my Mac. It was ruined because the sugar and cream crystallized on the board inside my Mac. Found that black coffee does not crystallize if you spill so it’s been black coffee ever since.
