Hi foodies, if you want to make an impressive dessert but don't want to hustle so much, try this recipe! Creamy & full of strawberry taste but not too sweet. They just look so pretty!
[Strawberry Mousse & Jello Dessert Cup]
Mousse:
150g fresh strawberries
25g sugar
2.5g gelatin powder
15g water (cold)
100g whipped cream
Jell-O:
40g strawberry jell-o powder
1/2 cup boiling hot water
1/2 cup ice water
Garnish:
3 strawberries halved
Whipped cream
Pocky cookies stick
