    I made the blueberry one and liked it too, but liked this one better. I didn't take the time to do the strawberry on the top but it was still good. My family liked it too.

    Hi Tatyanas, I'm looking for a good strawberry mousse recipe. I really love this one. I love the white chocolate and the condense milk you have put in. My question is...do you think that I can also put the mousse in a silicone mold? Wil it work to come out the mold?

      Hi! Yes, I think this would be a good recipe for silicone molds, too. If you are planning to coat the cake/molds afterwards, place the mousse into the freezer for 30 minutes before removing from molds.

      The chocolate won't affect the flavor too much, it's added more for consistency and helps set the mousse :)

      +Luis Salazar Definitely. You can even make these 2 days ahead of time. I recommend keeping them in the fridge, but about 30mins to 1 hour at room temperature. Otherwise the mousse will start to melt...

      Hi! It does have a bit of a tart flavor. If you don't want that, try using mascarpone cheese instead :)

      Yes! If you want to make a custard base instead of the sweetened condensed milk, that will work well, too :)

      +Jshsj Hdhs My favorite product is a spray-on, leave-in conditioner by Framesi Color Lover called "Primer 11 Intense". Leaves my hair very soft and silky! :)

      This dessert does need some type of gelatin. Agar is another type of gelatin that's plant based; it will also work well here

    Won't the iced water you poured into the strawberry jello make it not firm up well? Like won't it dilute the effect of the strawberry jello?

      No, the packaging actually calls for cold water once the gelatin dissolves :) The ice water will cool it down faster. Do not pour warm jello over the mousse!

      +Ho Carmen You can substitute the condensed milk with a simple custard. I use it in a different video recipe, like the chocolate mousse parfait.

      +hyun Ae Lee The sweetened condensed milk helps set the mousse but you can omit the melted white chocolate if you want! :)

    I really want to make all of your recipes with jello but I can't since it has gelatin. Can you please tell me how to make the strawberry jello without buying the package. I know I can use agar agar but how do i make it with flavors like strawberry or rassberry. Please let me know.

      +Moonlight Shadows Try adding a few teaspoons of raspberry or strawberry extract. Prepare a simple sugar syrup (1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water) since Jello has sugar in it, too. Then prepare the agar gelatin, add the extract... I hope that works, I've never tried it but it would be a good alternative..

    Isn't it too sweet since it is white chocolate and you put enough sugar in your whipped cream , so maybe no need for the condensed milk

      You can definitely add less sugar to the whipped cream if you want it to be less sweet :)

    You have klas. I see that in many recipy you try to combine your nails with thema of cake or dessert. In this recipy you have red nails. I love your idea. Why you dont make curly hair anymore? I think that curly hair make you looking much more beatiful than you are.

      So glad it was a hit for Easter. Give it taste test and if it's too much flavor, maybe you can double up the batch...
