Good presentation as expected from a BD representative. As a matter of fact the sheath and sample flow at the same velocity as opposed to David's explanation at 3:10.
Great Video David. We bought the Accuri and we want to use it to measure intracellular calcium in RBCs using calcium green as the calcium indicator. Does anyone know who may be doing something of similarity to what I just said? Please help if you can. Thanks
