I tried this. I could not cut through the cob. I just baked them whole in the oven, and they were great.
I just had this for dinner it was really good course I didn't have your seasonings I just use my own I use tahini and Creole seasoning it didn't taste anything like I thought it would but it tasted very good

Is there a benefit to cutting them vs leaving them whole? I have a toaster oven/air fryer combo that can fit whole corn no problem. I think I'll try this minus the cutting as the weird snake-like ribbons are unappealing to me. Otherwise great recipe!

Best way to shuck corn: cut off non-tasseled end an inch up into the corn kernels. Hold tasseled end and walk ear down to cut end. Presto! simple and no cornsilk to rub off.
