Detailed Recipe Below.
Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup capsicum
¼ Cup onion
¼ Cup cabbage
Spring onion for garnish
1 Tbsp oil
1 Packet Ching’s Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
Method:
00:00 Introduction
00:08- Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
00:23- While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
00:32- Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
00:45- Take oil in a heating pan, add the veggies and saute them for 1-2 mins.
00:53- Add soaked noodles and Chings Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala.
1:00- Now add water in a small quality and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Your Hakka Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Chings Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles.

The worst I've ever had. I let it soak for almost 15 minutes. Still it was raw. Then I tried boiling it (even though I wasn't supposed to) but I had all my veggies prepared. It looked done from the look but when I ate it, it was sooo raw and thick. Couldn't eat more than 2 spoons. Had to throw all of it away. The noodles, the masala, the veggies plus the time and effort all of em went to waste. Really liked Ching's sauces and chowmein masala that's why I bought this hakka noodles. But it totally broke my heart. So disappointed, never gonna try new products of chings again

@@chakragazer4350 it's not at all cooking noodle 🤦♂ it's soaking noodle. Just heat water as per the packet instructions and then turn off the flame then just soak the noodles. That's it. Drain away excess water as shown in video
