At the time, the only way was to intentionally download a QR code reader app. Ain't nobody got time for that. Nowadays stock Android cameras can read QR codes, but business cards have fallen out of fashion.

Any small amount of data can be made into a QR code. You could encode the address as text, or a Google Maps URL pointing to the location, or whatever other form you might want it in.
QR codes on my monthly paper bank account or credit card statements. What information do they hold, and if thrown into trash, can scammers access important personal details?

Uh. In what way do qr codes rely on a strong internet connection? They don't require and internet connection at all. QR codes aren't tied to the internet. They can be used for it, and when they are... why would it require a STRONG internet connection.
Ps3 qr codes for update 4 point 89 but none of the games from sony 2014 they were just bar codes but idk if the wii ones were in 2016 and disney mix app might have had them or maybe there custom codes
