I have to disagree, respectively.
What a coach! She has IT. The same IT Pat Summitt had. Honesty, integrity, loves God above all, and loves her players enough to push them beyond their limits to strive for greatness on and off the court! I know she has to be a bit worn down right now, but man, Coach Caldwell has all of the traits of the greatest to ever coach! Honored she said, "YES!" to Rocky Top!!!
So Genuine! I love her. Personable, honest and all about ball. Only bad thing MJ > Kobe and it is not close.

Great question about the substitutions. I think players on this level can handle playing at high pace for longer than 5 minutes but I don’t think they would react well to being subbed 2 minutes into the game. They want stats but they also want exposure to be successful at the pro level
It takes a lot, a lot, to keep my attention and engage my interest. This interview is probably the most interesting conversation with a Tennessee coach I’ve ever listened to. Although Tony V is phenomenal, Kim is his rival. If she can go guns blazing on the court I’ll be impressed.
Coach, just remember that I-40-75 between Watt Road and Cedar Bluff Road is Knoxville's best-known parking lot. Just bail out and cut over to Kingston Pike. Sometimes you have to detour via Kingston Pike clear down to US 321 before getting back to I-40. I've told TDOT to build a new 75 that goes around Knoxville.
I love this coach she's down to earth and so real I'd bet she gets the lady vols back on top

Great hire!! She appears to be a no nonsense on the court kind of person. Classy lady great interview. Pat looking down from heaven with a smile, we all know that Pat is watching over her. The last 2 coaches were great but this one could be special. GBO!!!
First time watching this channel. Enjoyed this interview. I am a Sooners fan and I have kept an eye on Coach Heupel's coaching carrier since he left Norman. I will forever be indented to Heupel for what he did for the Sooners as a player and a coach. As a fan of all sports I grew up a Lady Vols basketball fan. I have followed the program from a distance since Coach Summits retired. I am so excited with the resent hire of Coach Caldwell. I have watched her rise from Glenville State to Marshall to now at Rocky Top. I love the system she deploys. They run the same kind of system at Greenville University on the men's side. I have been waiting to see if this system could be run with any success at the D1 level. I will be tuned in to every Lady Vols game this up coming season. They will be a fun watch. Can't wait to see how many games they will win next season. Go Vols.

When she smiles, she's cute as a button, and I wish for her to have lots of success because she seems like a great coach and person.

At first I thought this was a cheaped out hire. I thought she would be worse than Harper. I have changed my mind. I think Caldwell is gonna be great.

Very few are worse than Harper. Look at her record at NC State when she was fired the first time!!! Smh.

I've done my homework since hiring her. She has great accolades and seems a strong, fair, and overall well-balanced coach. The comparison to someone as GOAT of a coach as Pat and coaching The Lady Vols is overly hyped for such a new presence, especially since she hasn't coached one game either as the coach of an SEC team or as the LV head coach… she has A LOT of work to prove over the next 5 season... I really hope for our sake and hers that she is the coach we think that she should be while coaching our girls, I'm not saying she isn't, but in the same breath, I'm also saying I'm not ready to bet the house on her just yet... for example, even with the IMPRESSIVE & BEAUTIFUL work that Huep has done with our boys (which I'm more than willing to bet the house on w/ Coach Heup) I still see people to this day making comparisons to Phil Fulmer in some essence… I have such reservations about her as a coach for us because, when you’ve had the best you’re expected to have someone just as good as the best if not better that’s what comes with the territory… Pat set the bar to the HIGHEST ladder and she's going to have to work/fight hard ASL to uphold that position…
