I love both, but I must admit that for a while now I've been more of a Timex guy; Its contours are cleaner, clearer without losing dynamism; They don't make you feel like you're wearing a computer on your wrist.
As an older dude, the legibility is important. This watch is legible and has all I need at a glance. It is a very comfortable wearing watch. I go for this more than my g-shock ...which is less legible.
I picked up two digital expeditions recently because they were only $25 each and the larger digits and style. Non-solar, no atomic time but for what they are, they are great. I still have several Casios because the solar-atomic-bluetooth combo is great for travel and just in general but these two guys are the lightest watches I own. I can't speak for their durability long term but they've got a spot in my watch box for the moment. One thing I noticed, my quartz Casios and Citizens over time, all tend to run a few seconds fast over the course of a month or two. These Timex Expedition's conversely tend to run a little slow oddly enough.
TIMEX IRONMAN TRIATHLON WATCH Features. . . 1-INDIGLO where the letters themselves glow not just a backlit making it extremely readable in darkness better than any other watch on earth. 2-it keeps time in 3 TIME ZONES simultaneously if you set it up that way. I myself keep time for Nashville, Tennessee, Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Philippines. 3-stopwatch that can track time for up to 99 hours. 4-timer that can count down for a period of 24 hours which can also act as an alarm. 5-it has 3 alarms available for use. 6-it has occasions reminders which be used to remind of flights, travel, medical appointments, business appointments, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. 7-all of these features mentioned above are standard on the lowest budget version. Timex Iron Man watches while in order to get these on a Casio, just half of the features mentioned above will cost minimum $200 and up. #TIMEX
Got one with a heart rate reader today plus workout mode, I just use the step tracker and timer most. Always liked the ironman best. Had one of the originals years ago. Thanks for video. Subscribed.
Casio has a sex appeal, no doubt that trumps the Ironman. For everyday functionality, the Ironman is my preferred watch. My Casio is relatively too complicated to adjust. Love them both, but functionally I wear the Timex more often.
Found these to be very legible and easy reading. Wish Timex made more solar digitals. The band is fantastic and the ironman 30 lap endure shock is fantastic also. Great affordable watches. Even Bill Clinton wore one during his presidency.
First things first - thank you! Awesome review. I think it’s one of the best Invicta reviews I’ve watched. I have this watch. It’s a lot of watch for the money. Only problem with it is the confusion you get when being complimented for wearing a Submariner (when you are not). Otherwise, a Pro Diver is an awesome watch for its money.
I have a few casios, 2 squares and a musmaster. Aside from the mudmaster I would pick the ironman over my squares. They just look nicer imo and they're easier to use, better display, better alarm and better backlight and pushers. I have to struggle to use the pushers on the squares.
For me it was the opposite, only good G-Shock that lasted was the 9010 Mudman but the rest fall apart within a month of daily use. I still have my Classic 30, Expedition and Ironman Shock a year later.
I like the Ironmans, but to be fair, there are other G Shocks that you could have used against this particular Ironman that would have been more competitive with a better backlight as well. The Casio you used in this video is naff and isn’t really doing much justice to the G Shocks. A GBD 200 for example would probably dwarf this Ironman.
Hoho! Look here fellows! This gentleman here is obviously far too superior to consider one of these watches (and most likely for good reason too) he must flex his presence over the RUclips comments just so the rest of us know his position.

I split my wrist time mostly between Casio’s and Timex’s, especially since the pandemic - love them both 😊
I bought this same exact watch yesterday at Walmart. This is my first Ironman. I'm a Casio fan but this watch caught my eye. It's amazing!

Give the Ironman class SHOCK a try. If you like G-shocks this will be right up your alley.
I have a pre-Indiglo and the first Indiglo Ironman watch, and I'm getting the latest version.

God damn Bill Clinton?
@@dbcooper.Yes I'm not sure if Killary bought it for him.
I have plenty of casios but I wouldn't part with any of my Timex Ironmans either love them just as much as Casio

Привет!!!будильник у них громкий или тихий проснуться можно или проспишь на работу?
Which one would be better for casual daily use, the Timex Ironman Triathlon Flix Reissue or the Casio WS-1300H-1AV? Any explanation on it, please?
Subbed for more casio reviews 👌🏻
Welcome, don't be scared if the next video is a Tissot (it's a good one I promise!) :)
If whatch's battery will be spended, how to change?
It was a "One & Done" with a Timex Ironman. I'll buy a Casio G-Shock over a Timex Ironman any day.
Why?
For me it was the opposite, only good G-Shock that lasted was the 9010 Mudman but the rest fall apart within a month of daily use. I still have my Classic 30, Expedition and Ironman Shock a year later.
What about the features?
Is ironman as good as triathlon or Timex UFC?
Which model is that?
Classic 30, it's one of many colorways (my personal favorite too)
