Anyone that did this race, how did you find it? And let me know if you’ve got a half marathon coming up 😊

Making sub 90 look not too uncomfortable is no mean feat. Well done, and nice video 👍🏻🏃‍♂️

‘Too’ being the operative word 😂 Thanks Mark, and yep got to be happy with that on an up and down course - and it only being my second half under 1h 30m. Something to build from 😊

Loving your videos Nick! You make running a (fast) half marathon look much easier than it is..!

Ah thanks Rosie 😊 Ha, I can assure you the second half was not easy at all… but the effort involved meant it felt too difficult to get the camera back out the belt I was wearing - so that may not come across! Also I’ve done so many half marathons over the years (actually lost count 😂) that I guess mentally it has become a lot easier. Marathons, not so much! Have you got any races coming up?

I have Brighton 10k coming up which should be fun - it'll feel super flat compared with all my training runs so hopefully it'll be comfortable! Niggles stop me from attempting more half marathons but maybe one day I'll increase the distance. Good luck with marathon training - impressive stuff!

@@rosiepenningtonAh that’s cool, good luck for that! Yeah all about listening to your body and building up slowly overtime (if you want to, of course!). I do love a half marathon 😬

Gutted that I missed it due to Beachy marathon the day before especially as I live about 3 minutes walk from the start/finish line. Well done Nick great pb mate. You picked your marathon yet?

One of those things with the clash (unless your name is Tim and you do both 😂). I used to live 3 mins away from this start as well! Cheers Tony - no overall PB, but only two mins slower than Cambridge on an up and down course… so I’ll take it! And no, some of the ones abroad are starting to tempt me though 😬

Thank you 😊 To be honest the thought of running that pace for another 13+ miles is a bit scary, but then that’s what all the training is for!

@@raleyadventuresThank you ❤ Yeah I think that’s cost me in the past - definitely introducing more gels and salt tabs into the mix this time! And plenty of practice…
