Kenny all around is better than Jeff except shooting and consistency. Jeff is more consistent at what he does. Jeff can shoot at any spot on the court. Kenny handles the ball better then Jeff and passes the ball better and his defense is better. Jeff can also pass the ball and handle it and play defense. If you draft Jeff you know what your gonna get, if you draft Kenny he might play really good or play really ass.

kenny has a higher skill cap, meaning when he's hot.. he's just better then jeff in general (except in finishes). HOWEVER, Kenny has so many bad days its unbelievable. Like we all seen kenny at his absolutely best, but this man is a gamble. Jeff has alotta potential tho, he just doesn't try to get better then what he's currently at. (not that we've seen atleast)
