hiring managers are usually looking for cultural fit and soft skills in these rounds. One suggestion is to practice common questions and find answers that are correlated with company vision, mission, and values. Great video, also add specific information about company values in the prompt, so not solely rely on it's general knowledge.
usually the Behavioral ask about a hard situation or want you to admit your mistakes. Whats the best way? should we say we are self-aware and admit it, or should we say we overcome that by x?
The is no right or wrong answer and I am not a career advisor. From my personal experience, I suggest to admit mistakes and look at the suggested frameworks and practice wording to deliver it in a posiitve way.
