Dear God,
Today we llift up our parents in prayer.
We want to thank them for bringing us into this world and giving us this life to live.
May we ask YOU to bless them with abundant happiness and joy.
Forgive us Almighty Father in heaven for the times we have fought with them, back answered them or even yelled at them for not understanding us.
But we know that they understand us the most. They have nurtured, protected, taken care of us all our life.
There have been times when we have seen them sacrificing many things for our happiness, be it food, clothes, shopping and saving money or any outing.
Now that they are getting old, kindly give us the strength and patience to take care of them and love them. May we be the reason for their smile and laughter.
Kindly have a good heart to bless us Lord so that with our good deeds we may make them proud.
We also pray for all the parents in this world who are sick and suffering from any kind of illness. Please take special care of them and heal them with your mercy.
We pray for single parents in this world,
please bless them with all the required strength to carry out both their roles of mom and dad.
We pray for those parents who are not with us in this world anymore.
We know that they are in a better place and looking upon us from above,

My and my siblings are having such a hard time rn. My grandpa got diagnosed with cancer this week and my parents are fighting everyday, they started fighting 6months ago and it doesn't stop. I'm 17 but I feel so bad for my 10 year old sister and 15 year old brother. They shouldn't suffer like this. I hope everything will get better soon and my grandpa will survive cancer.
