Screwing the second hand around and around and nothing seems to be happening. Maybe it's rusted together for my 10 year old clock?

How do i open up a clock which has a plastic shell in front of the actual clock? The things that shows what time it is are loose.

My clock has a 3 hands and the first hand is lock

That often means that the hand has a screw thread that is holding the other hands in place. A gentle turning anti-clockwise often releases it.
