It’s crazy how Candiace and Wendy both had an issue with Monique only to be victims of Gizelle’s antics. I still support them, but it shows that Monique was never the villain in their story. She could’ve handled things better, but all three should have focused their attention on Gizelle.

I just love the contrast between Atlanta & Potomac… ATL was willing to have the conversation with the same person after THREE altercations… two happening in the same season… Monique had ONE physical moment… she gets iced out and told she isn’t respected! The way Karen being the oldest was disappointed but also knew to be by her friends side said a lot more about her as a friend than a tv personality… she was willing to tell her she was wrong but didn’t neglect her! They were being condescending and tearing her down in the name of “upholding the image of black women” and look at them now! Three years later… no chemistry, no synergy, no sisterhood… the group is fractured as a whole

I love me some Dr. Wendy, BUT I’ll forever state that she owed Monique an apology. To a certain extent I get riding for your friend, but she went so hard on Monique and truly didn’t know her. Gizelle was really dragging it by bringin up anything that could be strued as a physical threat and using that as a basis to suggest that Monique had a pattern of violent behavior

It's so crazy to listen to Robyn, Gizelle, & Wendy say people saying words to some shouldn't cause you to get physical with someone. When literally the next season Wendy wanted to Gizelle's ass bc of her talking about her husband & rumors of him cheating. At the season 6 reunion Gizelle told Candiace that if Mia would've clocked her, she would've just like ok. But when Moniques does it, its a problem and she's a maniac. Yeah GTFOH. The in Season 7 Gizelle says Candiace just to far with her words and say very vulgar things that are just uncalled for. Also in Season 7 Mia was talking reckless to Wendy and immediately Wendy wanted to beat her ass. Then in Season 8 Robyn says the same thing about Candiace. But its crazy how much Gizelle & Robyn hated Monique that they were willing to do and say anything to eventually get her off the show. Then they tried the same thing with Wendy & now they are trying it again with Candiace.

Never had to see a therapist for depression and suicidal thoughts. Prayer and speaking with a Holy Spirit filled pastor brought me to Christ and it helped me greatly.
Also, many psychologists and counselors have suggested clients take up prayer and meditation so it does work. Don’t be mad because science is finally catching to what God said from the beginning.
I took anger management and it didn’t help with NOTHING. It actually made me more mad because basically even if someone is triggering you, you have to consider them and their feelings first which is a bunch of bull. I had to pray because a lot of things are spiritual. Monique definitely looked spaced out because there was something happening spiritually. Probably from trauma of her past that she has to fix but nonetheless, prayer and a good pastor can definitely help. I’ve had great conversations with people from church vs “professionals” because they hold you accountable and give you sound advice that will help your mind body and soul.
When Gizelle is around Robyn, she becomes a puppet, gizelle tells her when to talk, when to laugh, when to breathe, 🤣🤣🤣 then gizelle leaves and Robyn is her self again
