- In this video I take a look at a prop replica that is one of the most recognized in the Star Wars Universe. Master Replicas SW-148 or the Luke Skywalker Lightsaber from A New Hope. I take a closer look an iconic prop that has captured the imaginations of young children when it first appeared on screen in 1977. Master Replicas recreates this piece with the looks and feel of Luke Skywalker's lightsaber.

I have luke skywalkers ANH lightsaber by Master Replicas. What's the Difference from Anakins lightsaber to Luke's? I believe Luke's was a little louder if I remember.
Hi again. Question : Did yours have a "loose eye lens" problem? I heard that some of them have that kind of problem, that was caused by the weak glue on that part.
I dont know if i have that problem. I had to store it away for the time being but will check to see it when I can.

Have you noticed the grips deteriorating or becoming sticky in any way? I know the Limited and Elite Editions used actual rubber, whereas the Force FX ones used plastic coated with rubber.

The last time I pick up the lightsaber the grips were still good. The force fx lightsaber grips were the only ones I have experienced with sticky grips.

The 18k Gold Plated version is even sexier (SW-148) ... Only 5 ever made (Special Edition) ... I own one of them... Not sold to the public, given to investors and studio executives usually, only.

No, it’s not. It’s Luke’s lightsaber, the hilt from A New Hope looks different from Anakin’s original hilt from Episode 3. Not much different, but different still. George made a continuity error, unless he’s implying Obi-Wan changed the hilt for Luke.
@@Superball01 I believe Obi-Wan modified Anakin's original for ANH... Then Luke modified it again with that circuit board and the bolts/screws where the T-grips are located for ESB.

Bro.... if you're gonna do a video like this stop trying so hard to keep talking and talking for no reason. You're using way to many filler words and sentences and trying to force a sentence. I'm saying this all just for future reference when making videos so you don't annoy people away in the first 2 minutes of the video. Don't force yourself to talk and if you have to make somewhat of a script before making the video so you sound like you know what you are talking about. Just trying to help you out bro, cuz I love videos like this and I'm not gonna lie I struggled to get through the first few minutes of the video. Keep it up, and I'll look forward to seeing some more content.
