I would encourage you to be true to yourself and follow ur passion I'm a prayerful person God spoke to me about going to art school . I'm 26 years old (I got saved at 17. My, it has almost been ten years. I didn't think time would go by that fast). I can attest that what she is saying is definitely true! Three points in particular were especially true for me: (1) Get a mentor. Man, if I would have known this earlier, I would have been much further than where I am today. Take those words to heart. (2) Choose a career that you're passionate about. When I was 18, I was working at a slaughter house. I chose that job because I wanted quick and easy money. I was so eager to just make money because I was finally and legally an adult. However, I wasted so much time there, and I hated. I learned, just like her, I have to walk in my calling and do what I'm passionate about. (3) Pray. This one really needs the most emphasis. Leonard Ravenhill said, "no man is greater than his prayer life." In order for us to be much for God, we must be much with God. If you don't develop a strong prayer life in the beginning, you're going to continue to struggle and bring many undesired heartaches and headaches into your life as a result.
When she said prayer that reminded me of something Brother Andrew said about prayer. If we understand the potential of our prayers, we would be on our knees a hundred times a day and ask Him things that would turn the world upside down. Thanks for the wisdom.

What a joy, such a blessing 😊 I’d love to hear from Mentor Mama about her experience of developing relationship with Jesus and hearing the Holy Spirit. As a new Christian, I’m in awe of all of your relationships with the Lord. It’s visible, tangible. I often hear Christians describe how the ‘feel’ the overwhelming love of Jesus and of their ‘knowing’ when they speak of their relationship. I yearn for that intimacy of relationship yet still struggle. Any guidance or insights would be so greatly appreciated. I read my bible every day, I pray and seek Him earnestly.
Truly...it came after being consistent and joyful in both prayer and Bible reading. Pray and ask God to fill you. Thanks for watching!

Im 28 yrs old and I still have my severe depression, thinking what people thinks about ME. I cannot escape from my past 😢 Im really trying my best to forget. All I know is Im no longer the person I am before. Ive changed for the better but I cant take away the pain Ive felt and cant escape. I still continue to pray. God's love protected me and stopped me from suicide many times... I just hope I could recover... THANK YOU for your video. You dont know how much you helped me

Ooh. The first tip. I just lost my mom in March unexpectedly and I’m 21. My mom was 56 so when I first saw this video I thought omg I wish I could’ve asked my mom that. Loved this please do more videos with your mom! You’ll thank yourselves sooo much in the long run. Truly listen to her and cherish her presence while you can. 💕
