One day I walked in the room and the two of them were arguing! 🙄 No one else was home, so I don't know what started either of them! Those two fools!😂)

Love watching this, not so sure North Americans will know what pegged out means 🤣 son (born in Portsmouth) is critical at me for us tea I always get picked up for that one, my husband is from Sunderland and calls a swede a turnip (too close to Scotland). Hey Yorkshire rules as far as I’m concerned ❤

What a brilliant idea and something that I need to make for myself right now. I have stuff everywhere for one journal or anther and have tried keeping them in manilla type folders but when you can't see what they are, you don't remember what they are. Off to see if my ancient laminator still works. xx

I've freed up alot of shelf space by getting a new book shelf for the lounge and moving alot of my crafting books out of the craft room. The plan is now to free up drwer space. Im the type of person who forgets something exists if i can't see it and get to it easily🤗💜

This is an excellent idea. You can also make laminate pouches too but I have forgotten how to do them 😂

Thant sounds like alot of work for the new lazy me😘 i need to satisfy my curiosity and try it though Lisa...... ( pauses and actually tries it)....Well i'll be blown away by a feather, it only bloody well works😁 I used the spongy sanding block that was gathering dust on my shelf. I'll show it in my next video.

You can also lightly sand shiny book pages and paper/cardboard packaging. Especially good to do when you want to glue stuff together… it gives it tooth. Bonds much better. You may now have a new favorite craft supply. Just keep in mind how much pressure and how long you do it for. I think her name is Kathleen Mower

I’ve had a laminator for about a year-still in the box. I’m one who reads ALL the instructions on a tool first & just haven’t felt up to doing that. You’ve made it so easy yet specific on how to use, that I think I’ll just open the box & get to laminating!

Dear Julie, I just laughed out loud while watching your tutorial. I have the same laminator as you and always, but I always hit the buttons with my fingers instead of turning it on from the side. They really should have made it turn on like that because it seems more logical to us. Or maybe we're just two silly 🙃

Well that was fascinating. I've tried the elastic and I made a right pigs ear of it. Gonna give it another go now. I don't have a laminater, any suggestions please 😊
I don't have one either, but have very successful results putting the laminating pouch into an old cotton pillowcase, then pressing over with non-steam iron on mid setting. You need to go over it a few times, but it does work!
