100%! Even worse is this data was coming from icloud.

For sure a huge concern, hence the urgency in updating! Apple says the photos were corrupted in the database, which is what was causing them to return even though they were deleted.

they were improperly flagged when deleted so they could still be I your iCloud or on one of your machines so Apple wasn't saving them, they just weren't deleted fully like they should have been from your devices/accts.

I’ve been seeing a lot of negative reviews about the iOS 17 on iPhone 11 and 11 pro. lol. But I updated mine last night and it runs well. No over heating problems or any battery problems or camera problems or issues. It feels so smooth.

It’s not false information. Have you never noticed (if you have a MacBook) and go deep into files, there will be files labeled as ‘unrecoverable’..? I lost HELLA memories because of this issue
