I am a fan of Duran Duran since 1981 and although this video is the current one for The Chauffeur in years . I do remember an original version of The Chauffeur that was released in the 80's with the band on a plane traveling on a plane bus , and Limo's going from stadium to arenas from different places around the world . The original video of The Chauffeur was / is my all time favorite music video Ever made. The original video of The Chauffeur aside from showing different venues , stage performances , clips of meeting fans , traveling through good and bad weather , hanging out with each other also gave a back stage view of not only how hard life on the road is but also how they got along on and off stage . I do not know if that version will ever be found again but I miss it compared to what I call "The Sex Model" version .
@@jtfrancis1745 The version I am thinking of was released in the "80"'s so it must be the Arena version . I did not remember what version that was from . I will try to look for it by The Arena version . I have not gotten that video out of my head . When ever I look up The Chauffeur video recently all I find is that "Sex model" version . @@jnishar I looked up Blue Silver version but still the only version showing is the "Sex model" version . I tried looking the original version of that video in Arena but it was not in there either. The Sex model version is titled The Official video but that version was not released as the original video in the "80"'s . I did not see the version of the models in it until about 2000. I wish I knew where else I could find the original video . Thank you for trying to help.
