He is confusing USD and AED currencies. Berghtor spends AED 200,000 per month on furniture, not USD 200,000. This person incorrectly suggested that Berghtor would be getting 750,000 Skyward Miles because the card can give up to 3.5 Skyward Miles per USD 1 spent. However, this rate applies only to USD spent at Emirates Airlines.
In Berghtor's case, he is earning AED domestic spend Miles, which only provides up to 1.5 Skyward Miles per AED spent. Therefore, Berghtor would earn 300,000 Skyward Miles on AED 200,000 spent on furniture, not 750,000 Skyward Miles. While this still offers some nice business class upgrades, it is significantly less than what was promised.

he forgot to mention you need hundreds of thousands of USD to start this. In Dubai you need to pay tenancy contracts in 4 or fewer checks, usually 1 or 2. That means to rent a 200k AED unit (on average) you need to come up with 100k AED + deposit (that's over $30k USD) up front just for a single airbnb unit. If you want 5 units, that's $150k, so just start rich, then do your research and good luck

Hmm is this guy just flat out lying ? U can’t upgrade from economy to first. And you don’t get 3 points for every dirham spent. You get UP to 3-4 points per 3-4 dirhams spent. Seems he doesn’t even own a credit card . This guy lost me on that and can’t take any other thing he says seriously….

Correct. The best card in dubai is the enbd Marriot bonvoy. Much better than the DIB Black Emirates

Thanks for the video! Can you start your fist flat as a person and then open a company? Can company be registered in a free zone? How likely landlords would agree if you want to sublease?

I would like to correct your guest there. You cannot upgrade from economy to first on Emirates. You need to book business for that and then upgrade to firer

True, as mentioned in the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules under "14. Emirates Upgrade Rewards" point 5 as well as well as elsewhere it is just one class one can upgrade to from the original booked class.
Also he said "every single Dirham I am spending will give me 3 to 3.5 Skywards points" but this is not correct - as per the Emirates Islamic Bank web page for the Skywards Black Credit Card that he mentioned it clearly mentions that between 1.5 to 3.5 Skywards Miles are earned per 1 USD spent - and 1 USD is 3.67 AED (Dirham) so it will be less than 1 Skywards Mile earned per 1 Dirham.
Lastly it is called Skywards Miles not Skywards points as he mentioned.

This guy lies throughout the whole video... His credit card point stories are 100% made up, 3 miles per AED is impossible. His Airbnb story will probably also be completely bogus. I would like to see where I can book these villas and penthouses, if they even exist 😂
