Beds are super important. Im surprised that AirBNB has not partnered with one of the big bed brands and done a “certified” airbnb bed experience as most luxury hotels do. I can strongly recommend Simmons and DUX - which both are super well made and widely used in high end hotel properties. Also i’d consider partnering with furniture brands like Vitra or Fritz Hansen and do themed apartments with high end furniture. I’d also suggest for anyone doing pro airbnb to actully spend a few nights at serious luxury properties and see how they do interior design, maintenance, materials etc

i would say not everyone is looking for a luxury high price place to stay, in many countries its an economic option specially for a group of 6 people.
This was painful. Interviewer should do more research before discussing these topics it sounds very very amateur and ill prepared - cringey almost
