I'm from Romania usually we eat from what we have in the garden, we make wine from grapes, we collect honey, we drink milk from cows, sheeps,we prepare the cheese home.We use onions, garlic, we dry leaves for medicinal use, tea.
The same methods for houndred years, thousands years.

According to the information I have come accross our early ancestors Australopithecus aferensis ate bone marrow and brains from cadaver remains 3.5 million years ago, and probably even earlier. The fossil remains of tools they used to break the bones suggests this.

Paul mentions 'wild chickens'. We have them here in the US Midwest. They are Ring-necked pheasants, which were brought in from China in the 1800s. They are widely hunted and are delicious. But guess what they gorge on the in the Fall here in the US grain belt? Corn and soy. I've processed many of these birds, and during hunting season (Fall) their digestive tracts are always full of corn and soybeans.

Harmful chemicals are why we have livers to detoxify our bodies. Over exposure and chronic exposure is obviously a problem, but to wipe our lives clean of these “threats” probably would do more to harm our bodies’ self-strengthening mechanisms that keep us living a long time. We should also be smartly consuming the right antioxidants and what not (in the right quantities) to help our bodies fight these.

i am in thailand - the land of plastic - i have noticed for about 3 years that the packaging of various foods has reached a level that is no longer acceptable. almost everything is double or triple packed. foil on the inside, then foil again and cardboard on the outside. I unpack my purchases in 10 minutes, armed with scissors and a knife. drinking water must be bought. water in glass bottles is extremely expensive and imported. beer in glass bottles is cheaper........but i don't drink it. the beef comes from australia, packed in plastic. Chicken meat is loose in the wholesale market in slightly cooled containers - everything from bulk farming. Meat from the local market lies openly on the table, covered in flies. impossible to make a perfect carnivore diet

What's your recommendation with water? Most of my water is from a plastic bottle, which I personally feel better on than tap water. Many people suggest tap filters, but I'm apprehensive given it would only filter out a certain degree of the copper, lead, fluoride, chlorine, bacteria, fungi, mycotoxins etc.
Do studies quantify how much plastic ingestion is required to make a noticeable impact? Obviously we don't want to eat plastic, but it is a major nuisance to avoid it.

Each carnivore (a person that eats at the least 80% animal 20% vegetarian) has a different experience and if they are thriving eating a little more carb than others, then more power to them. Each of us eats what works best for us. Dr Paul eats more carbs but I personally will not eat carbs on a regular basis. I do have carbs like the haters do on special occasions but they can’t be hypocritical. Please have an open mind and don’t act like the vegetarian crazies by bashing and hating Dr Paul’s lifestyle. Roffe, I grew up on pasturilzed dairy. Am 73 and in great health. Don't worry about it. Try to get grassfed as often as you can. Sometimes I drink Organic Valley grass fed milk, but it is Ultra Pasturized so I usually go back to regular milk. I think the ultra pasturization destroys what ever benefit grassfed would contain. Stick as close to carnivore as you can but don't sweat it. I love Dr. Saladino but sometimes videos like this are just too exhausting. I am on a tight budget and must often buy the cheapest, like Perrier and La Croix. I am on a low oxalate diet per Sally K Norton, also here on RUclips. Paul has interviewed her. She is great. Trying to rid your body of pollutants while living in a polluted world is challenging and seems as if it would require something different than how our ancestors lived. Replacing pollutants (seed oils, etc.) probably requires a higher concentration of "good" elements to help substitute for the bad, while yet still contacting pollutants.
