- Under the stewardship of second-generation owner Mr. Lim, Ri Tao Fu Pig's Organ Soup has been a beloved food lovers’ destination. Established since 1970, this esteemed stall specializes in traditional Teochew-style clear soup, meticulously prepared daily with pig bones, offal, and preserved mustard greens.
Known for his generosity, Mr. Lim's signature serving features a hearty combination of pork innards, including liver, kidney, stomach, lean meat, meatballs, and mustard vegetables. Deceptively simple in appearance, each bowl is a testament to the painstaking effort that goes into its preparation, with the broth alone requiring 3-4 hours of careful crafting.
A unique highlight of the stall is the Maggi Mee Pig's Organ Soup, which pairs perfectly with an assortment of braised side dishes like Kong Bak, Tau Pork, and egg.

I am surprised its still around, this is where i got to know pig organ soup when i was in primary school in the 1970s...there is this 珍珠菜 that you rarely can find elsewhere but then its also not avail anymore in their soup
Yummy 😋
Yummy
It’s incredible that the stall has been around since 1970 and still draws crowds. The secret has to be in that slow-cooked broth. Can’t wait to try it next time I’m in Singapore!
Nice
I have dine here since even before I learn abc. Although over the years the soup recipes had changed due to health conscious generation. From lard base to vegetables oil base. The amount of quantity of ingredients you cannot find anywhere else in Singapore. Just the soup itself, you could last you half a day. The broth is still fantastic. This is heritage and comfort food for me and my forefathers. Honest hawker doing their craft needs that salute and honour for their dedication.
You're most welcome! It's heartwarming to hear about the rich tradition and adaptability of Singapore's hawker cuisine. Your appreciation for the hawkers' commitment to their craft truly honors the culinary heritage that has been passed down through generations. 🙌🍲
Uncle is still the same .. Always smiling 😊😊..
