Leaving shoulder pressing basically for when you work chest presses. that's cool and might be a way to save or rehab your shoulders when you're burnt out on pressing. very nice.
Had issues build chest, felt only tricep/shoulders. After lowering weight by 50% and slow and stretch at bottom and fix technique. Really feeling the burn in my chest now. Thanks for good advice!

I 1000% cosign what you are saying here you’ve got to find what works for you. I’ll also add that proper form is also essential into getting the most out of an exercise. I switch my routine about every six weeks that way the muscle is not used to one way of training all the time sometimes I will switch the order of the routine so that way the muscle keeps guessing and that illicits more growth. Last thing I will add sometimes just the placement, the hand placement or how you sit or or adjust your body on a machine or a bench can play the biggest difference in the effectiveness of an exercise.
9m: low incline DBs best for me. 65 here and i go 4 sets: 60 70 80 85. 15 12 10 8. Scapular retraction is key to change the force angle from front delts to pecs.
If my top weight on lat pull down is 60kg for 6 reps, I will start from like 40kg with higher reps and increase with 2.5kg and 5kgs, if it is too light, 5kg increase and when it starts getting heavy, 2.5kg and the reps get lower up to the point of 3-4 reps, Muscles absolutely need priming and of course, a cool head to slow the pace down.
