The carpet is relatively small, but because it got dirty as a result of the flood, it held more dirt than its own weight.
l tried to do my best for this carpet and in the end l turned it into a spotless carpet.

I was wondering if you could show us how you drain the canal and get the dirt out? Do you drain it after every rug? I'm assuming you must have bucket full of sludge at the end of the day.

I don't believe you. I used to clean carpet and the only time I ever saw a carpet like that it was outside on the lawn and had always been outside on the lawn. I also live in Houston, and i say try it on someone else.

Not much except it's called different by what region or area you are from
A carpet covers the entire floor and is attached to the floor. A rug is usually smaller and portable.

Get some new brushes for the disc scrubber. You can't just keep cleaning the old one.
