@@SilksehkJoey if you’ve been watching my series you’ll notice I stress a lot that your first MoD should be on Lulu with 20 speed. Next MoD to Carmen with 40% atk and next MoD goes to Benzel with 40% atk.
@@SilksehkJoey1st MoD goes always with no exceptions to Lulu and you need 20 speed on that rune. So, put your Solina MoD rune to Lulu and live happy life 🙂

Proc means to activate Might of Desperation to do a double skill. Yes. Lulu is on MoD.
