After understanding that ProMaxx is giving US the extra .100 on the roof, it is time to GRAB the Brzezinski Plate with the Locking Intake Pins and ROCK AND ROLL the "ROOF"!!! I lay the mark on the BOWL side, and the HOGGED OUT SIDE of the intake comes from the Flange SIDE.I discuss Many advantages and different angles of this design.

Excuse my ignorance but why dont you want to take meat off from the bottom, and only the top? Is there a certain adavantage?

Orlando T It has to do with "STRAIGHTENING" out the runner to make the 90 degree TURN it has to make to get into the cylinder BORE. If you think about it, you sure would not want to take material from the bottom when your trying to raise the entire runner up to get the PORT on TOP of the valve.
