    Whoa daddy, that's a ton of good information....takes a lot of practice and mindfulness to be present and positive. The only meditation i've ever studied is Vipassana.(means to see things as they really are) it's a practice of self healing, self purification by self observation.... check out S.N. Goenka (Vipassana Meditation channel) so good. Enjoyed the gallery tour and beautiful waterfall.
