Fluffy & Soft Sugar Butter Cheese Bread Recipe :: Bite Mini Cheese Bread

I made a cute mini bread that is soft on the outside, chewy on the inside, and fits in one bite.
Cheese is put in the bread to make it chewy,
It is savory and sweet with butter and sugar on the outside.
If you pick one up and eat it, it quickly disappears due to its cuteness.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) (not measuring spoon)
[30 pieces]
✤ Dough
- 200g Bread flour
- 30g (3Tbsp) Sugar
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- g (0.7Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 20g (2.5Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
- 130ml Warm milk
✤ Filling
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar Cheese (optional)
✤ Before Baking
- Egg wash
✤ After baking
- 20g (2.5Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
- 15g (1.5Tbsp) Sugar
✤ TIP
- If you don't have an oven, you can make it by frying it.
- Heat the leftover bread in the microwave or bake it in the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
