Thank you, can you talk more about the laws in Dubai. When i visit my taxi driver always texts and drives and I want to record them as proof but I think it’s against the law to record. How do we best learn the laws?

One more question-what about when it rains! I know it doesn’t rain often, but I’ve seen videos of flooding in Dubai and no drainage systems. Is there a time of year that this happens more than others and what do residents do if caught in these flash floods?
It rains mostly in February, January as well!
And not really any tips just wait it out, it clears very quick!
