I used chord chunks for a song I’m learning. It sounds really cool. It’s “Play That Song” by Train.

Ive played guitar for 10 years and normally I think of chord chunks, or chord progressions as just "C. E. G. A" or something simple like this... but with Piano, you need to remember both hands.. Is there any tricks for this, or acronyms ? Or is the answer to just rote learn it and stop being a baby?

Rote learning is probably best here, yeah! But a good way to start is to learn all of the major/minor scales and diatonic triads (Google those!).

Any tips or songs you'd suggest for a beginner like myself? I tried to learn you John Legend "ordinary people" tutorial and almost broke my hands lol.
