BAD ANXIETY - pallet town 1.8.23

Hattiesburg, MS - a city that has continued to shock me with their musical output and overall good vibes time and time again as the years go by. Well, coinciding with the release of the bands second demonstration cassette and announcement of their upcoming European tour, it seemed time to share the short and sweet set that BAD ANXIETY performed this past January.
A cold Sunday evening in an unheated attic in Buffalo, NY. Touring with fellow Hattiesburgers, PRIMITIVE FUCKING BALLERS (more on them later for sure), and playing with locals K-HOLE, BAD ANXIETY absolutely pummeled the room full of unsuspecting punkers for a total of 11 minutes.
What originally began as singer Hampton's Covid solo-project has become the powerhouse you see before you. Absolutely perfect hardcore-punk. No frills. No ego. No bullshit to be seen. From the first time I saw a band of Hampton's (the absolutely incredible BIG BLEACH) in his hometown of Hattiesburg, MS I knew this was something special. It has become a regular tour stop for me and an unbelievable amount of top tier bands have sprouted from there as well.
