I love your work and how you help people with a terrible situation. Many years ago I was with my two little children in my house in Queens. I got up for my one child who was crying and I heard a loud gurgling coming from the toilet. I went downstairs to find sewerage backing up in the slop sink. A roto rooter subcontractor came in the middle of the night and saved the day. I was eternally grateful to him as I know your clients are to you!

That 2nd one was a strange spot. Like when they were building or rehabbing the apartment they forgot about the bathroom and quickly made that.
I don't understand why they still use the toilet when it's broken. If you have to do poop then put a plastic grocery bag in the toilet then tie and put in the barrel
