Dan, It's true that people buy because of you. They want to solve their problems and then leave you without any reason at all. That's peoples' nature. But I cannot agree that all of them just stay because of your community. Real friendship is not based on needs or wants. When somebody is your authentic friend, it will not break the relationship no matter what.....
Community is one factor why they stay, but I personally think that by providing great service and establishing relationships with clients you can retain clients. And if they stop your service after providing great results, most likely they will reach out for more in the future because they already know what you can bring to the table and you have a relationship with them already. The best scenario is they will refer you to their fellow entrepreneurs. Always think ahead.

My biggest struggle is finding something I can do now that will get me to my overall goal but I’m to young to do many things like drive & travel many places. I also struggle in finding something that I enjoy doing and will pay well. I currently mow lawns, detail cars, and make stop motion you tube videos. Would you have an Idea on something I can do now at my age that involves somewhat of technology base and less manual work?

I routinely hear how much my clients LOVE the photos I make for them, (which may even be published), only to wait ... wait ... wait for the next engagement. I find it difficult to contact them afterwards. I just don't know what to say. My retention rate isn't great, and I have no idea why. Thank you!
