Again, can't tell you how useful it was to know I could potentially buy SubClass, Feat, Spell bundles instead of the whole thing. I DM for a bunch of newbies & with the DM subscription it allows me to let them use the Character Creator & get what they want. I have literally heard NO ONE mention this. Just looked your video up again when I realized they wanted SubClasses that weren't in what I already had on D&D beyond. Boy, talk about Hasbro monetizing.

Just played in AL for the first time and I actually enjoyed it a lot! I didn't expect to.

I had a very similar experience my first time, as I did not think I would like it.

The only problem I've had with Adventurers League is when a small shop has an event advertised as Adventurers League and you show up and the DM you have doesn't actually understand Adventurers League and when you go to a real event your log is worthless because they filled it out wrong.

That was actually quite usefull. I didn't know about the ability to buy the additional races piecemeal & found there's even a $10 bundle for all of them. Very usefull to know. Thanks!

I would like to confirm that I am human.

That's exactly what a robot would say...or an alien

@@DungeonMasterJosh No, you see I partake in regular human activities, such as breathing, and having thumbs…

Well in that case, welcome fellow human! If you want to play dnd with some other humans just like us, check out my discord. We typically run weekly games (though I'm out of town for the rest of the month)

Hi! I’m playing my first AL game at a convention this weekend. This made character creation so much easier to understand. Just wanted to ask though, if the adventures are set at Tier 2 & Tier 3, do I make a character at the beginning of those tiers? Like level 5 & 11?

You can make a character at lvl 1 or lvl 5. The only way to play in tier 3 adventures is to level up a character to 11.
When making a 5th level character the rules are the same except you can add a magic item from their list. (Basically a +1 magic item or a bag of holding)
