Hello new to scrolling. What wood are using?? I'm not sure if the tension is set right on my scroll saw. Does not seem to cut larger thickness or wood boards. Any help appreciated. thanks
+Liberty Woodworking Thanks for the feedback these are the most popular item that i make. I made 30 for my sons first birthday (some are in the video) and the kids and adults love them. the music is from bensounds.com
Why did it look like the layers were hard to separate after cutting? I normally do one puzzle at a time as they are for my daughter and I don’t want them to all have the same piece layout. Are you using photos printed from an inkjet? Any finish on the puzzle after cutting?
Russell'sWoodshed Spray glue is a PITA. I never get a clean cut when using photo paper, the blade seems to pull ink off leaving a white line along all the cut edges.
Beautiful work although the speed gave me anxiety for your fingers! Do you know if flying dutchman does pin blades? I'm absolutely new to this and don't have the greatest of saws so I was hoping to get by until I get better and put more money towards a better machine. Thanks for the great video!
Hi, could i ask you wich blade are you using, im just getting started myself in making puzzles but they end up too loose, the pices move too much and the gap betwen them is too large. Thank you in advance
great videos! what type and brand blades do you use? I'm having a tough time finding blades I like. in the meantime, I'll be giving you a thumbs up on your other videos.
+Richard Tollison I used Skil brand blades. They have a 3 pack with different sizes. www.skiltools.com/Accessories/Pages/Accessories.aspx?cid=3014 I like Bosch spiral blades as well. They are on the shelf at a Lowe's near my home.
Hello Russell, Nice to watch your work. I wanna ask you a question. Is it your business? If yes, then can you make one for me. I'll provide you the Image. And I would like to inform you that I'm from Bangladesh. Can you deliver it in Bangladesh? Thanks. :)
Thats not the first time I've heard that. I plan on speaking more in some future videos. Some of the more recent videos have links to my website were I explain more about the projects. Thanks for the feedback.
Great video. Where do you get the puzzle template you used to form the actual puzzle. I am looking for a 4 by 6 pattern.
Great Video! One nagging question is to you varnish or acrylic spray the puzzle after or before you cut it to seal the puzzle pieces?
Thats beautiful do you get the patterns from a magazine?
What products are you using to stick the photos onto the wood.? What's that spray called??
Wow loved watching your video! great job!
+Sherry Beck thank you. We had a stack of those at his first birthday party. The kids loved them.
Well done , Russell . I like your videos .

I used photo paper. The pieces stuck together because I got some spray glue on the pictures.

Russell'sWoodshed , do I have to note it in the order? The description doesn't note what type it is.
Please, tell me. How much price?
