That's all taken care of by the company. They have the local agent in charge as you saw the pickup area. So don't need to worry about anything

There are shared mini vans from Patong in Phuket but not directly. Buses are available you have to take a bus to Krabi town and from there take a bus to Ao Nang Krabi it's around 4 hours the total bus journey.
