For the minivan it is the price per person (maximum 200 THB / person). The other prices are the prices for a whole taxi / minivan (you can share the car and price with multiple persons)
Meter +100 meant meter+400 because patong hill road damage. Yes, you have to drive around but this will just increase your meter. I said bring me to lotus thalang instead and from there I took a 2nd taxi who was happy with a fair price plus my tip of course. But now that there’s grab available, i will use them instead
Metered taxis are not available at the international terminal but they are available at the domestic terminal! Inside the domestic terminal at exit / entry gate number 3 on the ground floor (domestic arrivals)
